Buying a home starts long before we schedule the first showing. During your buyer orientation, we’ll talk through your goals, timeline, financing, preferred areas, monthly payment, and what you actually need in a home.
From there, we’ll build a personalized plan covering the entire process, from getting pre-approved and searching for homes to making a competitive offer, completing inspections, negotiating, and closing. You’ll understand what comes next, what decisions you’ll need to make, and who will be helping you along the way.
