A True Leader in the Industry! Steven Hernandez is not just an incredible realtor; he is a phenomenal leader and mentor. Yesterday, I watched him host a training session on reverse prospecting and mastering the MLS for a group of agents. What blew me away was that these realtors don't even work for him—some aren't even with his brokerage! That didn’t stop Steven from stepping up, sharing his expertise, and investing his own time to coach them. His selflessness, deep industry knowledge, and passion for helping others succeed speak volumes about his character. Whether you are looking for a top-tier realtor to guide you through a transaction, or a mentor to learn from, Steven is the absolute best. Highly recommend!
